Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately at this times we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you receive an incorrect item or issue please email us at cieloenlatierra.co@gmail.com.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Usually processing time 3-5 business days once order is prepared it will be mailed out and you will receive a tracking number. Pre-order products are currently 2-3 weeks. Thank you for your patience. 

Do you ship internationally?

Not as of now but hopefully in the near future. 

Would you recommend sizing up for an oversized look?

Yes I recommend sizing up for an oversized look! Most of our items are loose fit but a bit more oversized look size up. You can also swipe products pictures for a more accurate measure.

How do I track my order? 

After you order is purchased you will receive an email with your tracking number attached. If you do not receive or need help email us at cieloenlatierra.co@gmail.com

Where is my order shipping from? 

We are based out of a small town in Greenfield, California. Follow us on IG for future pop-up shops in the area.

Do you offer local delivery? 

Yes! If you are located in our zip code 93927 delivery is free no minimum automatically applied at checkout. Nearby towns such as Salinas, King City, Gonzalez, Soledad use code: LOCAL25 for delivery over $25. DM if further questions.
